Heart Music Group listed by IPONZ as a New Zealand licensing agency

Heart Music Group is proud to have been added to the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand’s copyright licensing information page.

IPONZ now lists HMG under “New Zealand and Australasian licensing agencies”, describing Heart Music Group as “an artist-founded music licensing platform committed to supporting local, independent artists.”

Being included on this page gives HMG greater visibility as another organisation through which artists and rights holders can authorise the licensing of their music. It also helps businesses and other music users understand that there are different licensing pathways available when seeking permission to use copyright music.

For HMG, this represents another meaningful step in building greater awareness of direct music licensing and creating more transparent connections between businesses and the New Zealand artists whose music they use.
