By activating or using the trial, you agree to the following:
1. Free trial
The trial is complimentary and there is no obligation to continue with HMG. You will not be automatically charged when the trial ends.
2. HMG music licence
During the trial, HMG grants your business a limited licence to publicly play the HMG repertoire supplied through your trial at the agreed premises.
3. Your existing OneMusic licence
Your existing OneMusic licence remains in place for repertoire covered by OneMusic. HMG repertoire supplied and directly licensed by HMG is licensed separately through HMG for the purposes of the trial.
4. Licensing administration
Where necessary to give effect to the trial and HMG’s direct licensing arrangements, HMG may notify or communicate with OneMusic, APRA AMCOS, Recorded Music NZ or other relevant rights organisations regarding your participation in the trial and use of HMG repertoire.
5. Trial use
The service may only be used by your business at the premises and for the purpose agreed with HMG. Login details must not be provided to anyone outside your organisation.
6. Service and repertoire
Music, playlists and features available during the trial may change. HMG may suspend or end a complimentary trial where reasonably necessary.
7. After the trial
There is no automatic subscription or ongoing commitment. If you would like to continue using HMG, we will agree the ongoing service and licensing arrangements with you before any charges apply.
